Hello and happy Halloween! Today I show us one recipe for this scary day.
This is a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and decorate with scary apple.
Ingredients:

  • Cake mix
  • Buttercream
  • Mirror glaze:
  1. ¾ ounce unflavored powdered gelatin (3 individual packets)
  2. ½ cup water
  3. ¼ cup corn syrup
  4. 1 ¼ cup sugar
  5. ⅔ cup water
  6. 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can)
  7. 10 ounces good quality white chocolate, chopped gel paste food color, in black.
1- Preparate the cake mix.
2- Preparate the butter cream add the green colour.
3- Add the mirror glaze in the cake.
4- Decorate the apple. Cut two oval shapes out of parchment paper to create the poison apple eyes.Cut a tall, slender heart shape for the nose. Stick the paper with syrup. Add the syrup and cool down. 
And you have a Halloween cake!
